Flt Lt T Lawson RAF VR(T) - Commanding Officer

Flt Lt Lawson has been in command of Cowbridge Squadron for just under a year and has given us many shooting opportunities. Holding a Range Certificate he is able to command a range allowing cadets and staff to shoot the No8 and L98 Rifles.

In his day job he is a Divisional Fire Officer and as a consequence travels a lot around the UK.

Plt Off S Dodd RAF VR(T) - Training Officer

Plt Off Dodd has been on Cowbridge Squadron for over 3 years, starting off as a civilian instructor he applied for a commission in early 2006. This he got in March 2006. In 2007 he attended the Initial Officers Course at RAF Cranwell passing the course and being awarded his commissioning scroll. After taking on the training role at the same time the squadron enjoys a varied program through out the year.

In his day job he works in the local garden centre and is currently looking for a management position in the business.
